The north-western region of the Kingdom of Arvera is called the Plains. Unlike the more southerly regions, the Plains is not good for farmland. Its bare, rolling hills and sparsely-wooded fields are primarily used for grazing animals, with only the occasional small farm or homestead. When the capital of Arvera was in Camaros, the area of the Plains held more political importance, but now it is an out of the way place, more or less forgotten by the powerful figures of the Kingdom of Arvera.
